FAQs:
do you provide a way to hang either the mounted seating chart or seating chart cards?
no. for mounted seating charts, most do easels or frames. sometimes they will add a ribbon or twine (I've seen raw velvet ribbon and it was way pretty!) to the back (how is up to them) to hang it somewhere. As for the cards, most do the little clothes pins on a line, adhere them to twine/ribbon/line with hot glue, or adhere them to a mirror or in barn window panels.
DO YOU OFFER METAL, WOOD, OR CANVAS SEATING CHARTS?
YES, BY REQUEST. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR CURRENT PRICING AND INFO!
Can I get a quote before committing?
Of course! Reach out via the "order/quote" button above and I'll get the info I need from you to get a quote together and over to you for review.
how do i submit my table numbers with guests' names?
there's multiple ways! you can submit it via the order form above, you can write it out in an email, send me an excel/numbers chart, or even a pdf.
Do I have to use my engagement photos on everything?
- Absolutely not! in fact, you don't have to use images at all. We can create something beautiful with design elements, colors, and fonts.
If you didn’t take our engagement photos, will you still design with them?
- Absolutely! I just need to view your photographer’s print release.
How do we get started?
- use the "order/quote" button below to fill out the order form. Once that's complete, it will take you to pay A $75 non-refundable deposit (goes towards cost of finished product). once the deposit and your table/guest list is received, I'll email you a draft of your design to make changes to/approve :).
Are there any additional fees?
- Tax and shipping is additional for mounted seating charts. Shipping is free and tax is additional for seating chart cards.
Are their refunds/reprints if our info changes?
- No. There’s no refunds for errors found after printing.
How long does the process take?
- The design portion really depends on how quickly you need the items to you and how quickly you can make decisions/revisions. Once ordered, items are usually delivered within 7 days.
What if I need extra seating chart cards?
- You can easily order additional sets if need be.
CAN YOU SEND ME PAPER SAMPLES?
- OF COURSE! JUST LET ME KNOW WHERE TO MAIL THEM :)
How long is this pricing good for?
- This pricing is valid until 6 months after your wedding date.
I have lots of ideas for my design. Can I share them with you or do you just surprise us with a design?
- You definitely will have control of the design! You’ll be able to share inspiration and your vision from the very beginning!
I have no ideas for my design. Can you help?
- Absolutely! I’ll pick your brain and from our correspondence I’ll put a design together for you to give us a starting point.
How many changes/revisions can I make to the design?
- As many as you’d like!
