are you guilty of downloading your photos to your phone and thinking year after year "I'll eventually print those"? your cherished photos deserve some r-e-s-p-e-c-t! I've been a GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND PHOTOGRAPHer for over 12 years now, and ALBUM MAKING IS SECOND NATURE TO ME. I make the process painless from beginning to end, and once you have your album in your hands, I'm overly confident you'll find the whole process super fulfilling. Now, let's get to PRESERVing AND SHOWCASing YOUR precious memories in an album just as beautiful as they are!

Soft Matte: This finish is flat and non-reflective. Has a moodier and more artistic feel.

Traditional Luster: This is your classic photo paper. It has great color tones throughout and a very slight sheen.

PHOTO AMOUNT LISTED IS THE MAX PER ALBUM/PAGE SIZE, HOWEVER, YOU CAN SUBMIT LESS PHOTOS for any of the sizes. for example, a 12x12 - 20 page album with 30 photos (vs the max of 43) will allow for very large presentation of all images.

1/2 the album amount is due as a non-refundable deposit before designing begins. The last 1/2 will be due when the album is ready for print production.

do you have samples to view in person?
- Of course! Shoot me an email (katelynturner@katelynturner.com) and we will set something up for you to come check them out :)

I'd like to pick out the images that go into my album. how do i submit my photo choices?
- there's multiple ways!
1. you can submit them via the order form above.
2. Sign into your online photo gallery Favorite/star your image selections and then email them to me (Katelynturner@katelynturner.com).
3. You can write them out in an email, send me an excel/numbers chart, or even a pdf.

I can't narrow my photo choices down. CAn you pre-design my album with the images you think work best? can I still swap out photos if you pre-design our album?
- Yes! I can pre-design your album. I understand narrowing down images can be very daunting and I can help. and also - - Yes! You can still make changes to the design if you go this route.

If you didn’t take our photos, will you still design/print an album for us?
- Absolutely! I just need to view your photographer’s print release.

How do we get started?
- use the "order" button above to fill out the order form. Once that's complete, it will take you to pay 1/2 the album price as a non-refundable deposit (goes towards cost of finished product). once the deposit, order form, and photo selections (if applicable) are received, I'll get to work on the design and will email you a draft as soon as it's ready. You'll be able to make unlimited changes/photo swaps. Upon your approval of the design, the last 1/2 of the album cost will be due and then it will be put into print production!

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
- THE DESIGN PORTION REALLY DEPENDS ON HOW QUICKLY YOU NEED THE album AND HOW QUICKLY YOU CAN MAKE DECISIONS/REVISIONS. ONCE ORDERED, ITEMS ARE USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 7-10 business DAYS.

HOW LONG IS THIS PRICING GOOD FOR?
- THIS PRICING IS VALID UNTIL 6 MONTHS AFTER YOUR SHOOT.

HOW MANY CHANGES/REVISIONS CAN I MAKE TO THE DESIGN?
- AS MANY AS YOU’D LIKE!

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR DUPLICATES?
- YES! DUPLICATES OF EQUAL OR LESSER SIZES ARE 25% OFF.

Are there any additional fees?
- If you would like a metal cover, it's an additional $200. Everything else (design, shipping, tax, etc.) is included! :)

Are there refunds/reprints for photos we left out or information we didn't realize was incorrect?
- No. There’s no refunds/reprints for errors found after printing.

ARE THEre REFUNDS/REPRINTS if we don't like an element of it we picked out (cover material, stitching, paper, etc.)?
- No. Once printed, the sale is final. I highly recommend you coming in and seeing the samples in person so you can make a 100% foolproof decision! just email me to set up an appointment :) katelynturner@katelynturner.com
